I commenced my most recent abstract paintings on paper with cadmium red and cadmium red light, letting them monopolize the 24" x 18" rectangle. A cobalt blue with lots of wet brush followed. I was inside zone in which the process requires above. Yellow lines. Blue lines. The painting happened, virtually with no me.
